Privacy Policy
Effective: September 2026
Who we are
Cosein, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates https://cosein.ai. We are developing Cosein T1, a pocket-size hardware device. You can reach us at hello@cosein.ai.
What we collect
This site is a static website. There are no accounts to create and no cookies set by us. A few things still touch your data:
- Launch list. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our mailing-list provider and use it only to send you launch notifications. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- Server request logs. The site is hosted on Vercel in the United States. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request logs, which include your IP address, your browser's user agent, a timestamp, and the URL you requested.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep your email address and your message so that we can reply, and, only if you asked for it, so that we can tell you when our Kickstarter campaign opens.
- Email handling. Our mail runs through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google (Gmail), so those providers handle the messages you send us.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
- This site is not directed to children under 13.
How long we keep it
Request logs are held by our host under its own retention schedule; we do not keep a separate copy of them. Email you send us stays in our mailbox until we no longer need it to reply to you or to tell you when the campaign opens. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@cosein.ai, and we will.
Your choices and how to reach us
Write to hello@cosein.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Residents of California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom can use that same address to exercise their access and deletion rights; we handle those requests the same way for everyone who asks. If you would rather your browser not contact Google for fonts, browser settings or extensions that block third-party requests will stop it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, and the effective date above will show when we last did. If the site ever starts collecting more than it does today, this page will change first.
